Remembering back to Part 2 we covered a rather unique aspect of the Thompson Building. That particular aspect extended all the way to the basement and we will wrap up this presentation of the Thompson Building taking that portion of the building to the basement.
These pics of wood flooring is the wood flooring that we were looking down through in Part 2. It would correspond to the first floor of the Thompson Building. The light reflecting down would be from that sky or sunlight at the very top of that space.

Legally speaking framing is still in a murky area of the law though there have been court cases in which framing has been seen as violation of copyright law.
